Hibernate or Standby with shutdown.exe

I would like to put my computer in hibernate or standby mode via command
line. "shutdown.exe" does not support this feature.
Does anyone know a command line tool with hibernate and standby support ?

Hello,

I use xswitch.exe
http://www.quest.at/quest/loadit.pl?FileName=xswitch

Can be used for shutdown, restart,
logOFF, powerOFF, standby, hibernate.
