Hibernate Button on Shutdown Prompt

Hi guys.

I fix computers for a living and noticed that a number of new Toshiba and
Fujitsu Siemens PCs have a fourth option on the standard Shutdown dialog that
allows the user to click a Hibernate button, rather than the traditional
holding the Shift key and clicking the button which was Standby. I've done a
little research and found this excellent article on the support site:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/893056/en-us

It mentions a hotfix which I gather includes MSGINA.DLL, version
v5.1.2600.2603 however I can't find this file anywhere. I have SP2 installed
and am up to date with my Windows Updates but I have version 5.1.2600.2180.

Can anyone tell me where I can obtain this file so I can get the four
buttons on my shutdown prompt?

Thanks loads

You'll either have to wait for SP3 or bluff your way through trying to get
the Hotfix for free.

Wait for SP3. Hmm, I could wait until 2007 but I would be running Vista by
then I'm sure! The worst of it is that I had all four buttons at some time in
2002 but I reinstalled Windows and could never remember how to get it back.
Since I posted the message, I retreived the file from a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo
L7310 laptop and copied it onto mine in the Recovery Console (the file is in
use in Safe Mode) and I now have all four buttons for shutdown.

Works for me! Thenks for the advice anyway
