How you'd post a question starting a new message thread will depend on what
newsreader you are using.
In Microsoft Outlook Express 6, theres a big "New Post" button at the
leftmost end of the toolbar; on the menu if you click Message, then in the
drop-down, click "New Message", it will have the same effect. If you are
using some other newsreader, find the site for that newsreader, or Google on
the name to find a site, or find a newsgroup for which that newsreader is
the subject.
