Hi All,
My system was effected by the virus and it so happened that,I couldn't
find the below options
1)Run
2)Task Manager
3)Home Page
4)I can't take the Back Up of the Outlook(e-mails)

these all are disabled and the error it prompts is
C:\WINDOWS|system\lsass.exe --------------------------- as i enter in
XP os
I don't want to format and reinstall as i have got important mails in
it.

Pls let us know what might be the problem

Have you rolling back to a system restore point?

Can you boot to safe mode? perhaps safe mode with networking?

You can try an online cleaner or

download sysclean on your PC (if you can) or another PC and take to
yours with CD, pen drive, etc.
