Do you know anybody in Russia? Because that's where that IP address is
registered: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip=82.179.170.11

As a precaution, disable File & Print Sharing like this:

1. Go to Network Connections in Control Panel.
2. Right click your "Local Area Connection" and choose "Properties" from the
menu.
3. Uncheck "Client For Microsoft Networks" and "File and Print Sharing for
Microsoft Networks".
4. Reboot.

Contrary to popular belied, you don't need "Client For Microsoft Networks"
enabled in order to access the Internet.

Assuming it shows as Speedtouch...etc., Network Connections then Yes, it
should be OK now. You'd be well advised to change your Administrator password
as well though.

If you want to be absolutely secure, go to User Accounts in Control Panel
--> "Change the way users logon and off" and then remove the checkmark from
"Enable the Welcome Screen". Then go to Administrative Tools --> Local
Security Settings --> Security Options. In the right hand pane double click
the option "Administrator - Rename Adminstrator Account". Delete the word
"Administrator" and type something else. Obviously make a note of whatever
name or combination of letters and numbers/symbols you propose to use because
if you forget what it is, you won't be able to logon.

In the same location, locate "Interactive Logon - Do not display last user
name" and change that to "Enabled". Underneath that one change: "Interactive
Logon - Do not Require CTRL+ALT+DEL" to "Disabled".
Basically you're doing two things here: you're preventing Windows from
displaying your logon name when you bootup and by requiring you to hit
CTRL+ALT+DEL in order to logon, Windows will shutdown all running processes
while you type your user name and password. If you do unknowingly install a
"Keylogger" which is a program that records the keys you press when you logon
and sends the info to a hacker, then the CTRL+ALT+DEL sequence prevents the
rogue program from running.
