Hey Microsoft, What's up w/Mail not sending???

I can't send email through Outlook and apparantly neither can many others.
Getting error code 0x800CCC78...
Can someone respond here w/some suggestions please?

Argh! Me too.. I can recieve, but can not send - this has bee nhappeneing for
months now, and no answers... I have to go to my website to send. I would be
thrilled if anyone had an answer here - a fix! Thanks! Oh, and I can recieve
no prob.
