Error sending a message

I have a user using Outlook 2003 w/ sp1 installed and windows xp with all of
the updates through the middle of november for sure.

When they send email to users at starband.net they get this message
"instantly" i.e. in the same send and receive process. I was able to send
email to this address no problem. We use the same mail settings, but
obviosly have different accounts. I am using outlook 2000 though. Anyhow, I
think outlook may be generating this message. Can someone help?

I suspect that the user needs to set up authentication to their outgoing
server on the "Outgoing server" tab for their account. There's a bug in
Outlook 2003 that causes it to fall through to the next account if the
server for the current account rejects all the recipients of the message
(which it would do without authentication). If there are no more accounts,
you'll get this message.
