hey im kinda confused here....

im working at a school...and i thought i understood....drive mapping and
redirection...but how does a group of users all get the same drive letter
i.e. H:\ and keep there profile there and what ever they were working
on...is it like real simple....maybe im just to tired to think is it like
the normal way of roaming profiles...\\server\share\username, but i thought
my boss said they are not roaming ....what does he mean....i guess its like
there desktop and everything stay the same but whatever they worked on gets
saved....how do i configure this....im been to busy with other school
projects to look in to it....u can make it short...and i will
understand...thanks

Your boss may also be referring to folder redirection, where (for example)
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Desktop (which holds shortcuts and
items saved on your desktop) is in fact redirected to a network location,
such as Z:\Username\Desktop.
