Helps - XP reboots when exiting stand-by

When I put Windows XP SR-2 with all current updates in to stand-by mode,
all seems normal. However, most of the time when I try to bring it out of
stand-by the system reboots. Sometimes it just comes up as it should.

What could be causing this?

Is there any program that will keep a log of the process so I can get a
clue what might be causing the reboot?
