Nascarcutey

Igot up yesterday and turned on my laptop...it loaded,very very
slowly, and then once up,instead of going to the desktop,it
says..system error..Isass.exe..endpoint format is invalid...i have
tried to reboot in safe mode and anything i can think of..can you help
me please/?????? what to do?

Either you have a hardware problem(most likely memory) or your windows
installation needs to be fixed. All of these steps will require a windows
cd. First you may try a manual system restore using the recovery console.

If niether of these work then you may end up having a hardware issue or
having to do a format and clean install. Clean install steps can be found
