Hi i am trying to take an exsisting powerpoint presentation and dump into an
exsisiting template with our new logo. How can I do this witout retyping the
entire thing or cutting and pasting over 18 slides?

Open a new presentation using your new template design, click "Insert",
"Slides from file...", browse to and select this old presentation. If you
have a newer version of PowerPoint (2002 or 2003), make sure the "Keep
source formatting" checkbox is NOT checked.

You can take an existing presentation that uses the template and Insert >
Slides from Files. Or you can take the existing file with the right
content and choose Format > Slide Design. Then Browse for the file with
the right design. Finally, you could take the existing file with the
right content and choose View > Master > Slide Master and delete the old
logo and insert the new one. Any of these options should do what you
want.
