When replying to a e-mail, I used to have the
word "reply" on the tool bar. That is gone. I now have
to go under actions to get to reply. How do I change the
toolbar to get reply back on the tool bar?
 
Tools->Customize->Toolbars tab - press reset.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
