To whom it may concern,
I would like to know weather or not I can have an
audio track(s) that is already saved on the hard drive,
to play when I log on. ie when I log on the music begins
to play, like an audio background or screensaver.

Yes, you can, but you will need to make sure that the file is in the *.WAV format. If you need to convert/save the file to *.wav, there are programs that can do that for you.

Then in Control Panel> Sounds & Audio Devices> Sound tab> Scroll down and Click "Start Windows"> Browse to the desired *.WAV file> Open button> Apply.
