I can not send email I guess I am just plain dumb but I try to send and i

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.

I note that you posted with a yahoo.com account, is this the one that you
are attempting to set up?

Free US based yahoo accounts will not work in Windows Mail.

Did your ISP provide you with an email address? If so give us the part
beyond the @ from that.
