i cant set up my e-mail account on windows mail how do i do it

Wrong group: this is about the Access database. However, if you search
on the web for "configure windows live mail" you'll find quite a few
explanations, including this:

(rejoin the line without any spaces)

You'll get more specific help if you include the name of your email
