I use yahoo to search job banks, when I try to send my resume out Windows
mail pops up and will not let me send it. I've tried to set-up a account but
keep hiting walls. Do I need to delete windows mail? will that work ?

When you click on a link on a website, it opens your default email program.
In Vista, the default email program is Windows Mail.
You can setup Windows Mail to access your POP3 or IMAP account, or install
another email program and make it the default.
