Not sure what you mean by "cancel an email address" - but you should ask your
question in a group supporting your particular EMail software. This isn't it:
this group is for the database software Microsoft Access. Scroll down the list
of subject areas on the Microsoft webpage and find a group for your program;
when you do post, indicate what software you're using, who is your
internetservice provider, and what specifically you want to do.
Also... don't post your actual email address in the message, or in its From or
ReplyTo properties. Spammers can and will harvest such addresses to send you
junk mail.
