Help!!!

Laura

I am having the same exact problem as Kerri with the same error message. It
started earlier this weekend. I have contacted my ISP who say the my
settings are correct. I have contacted Norton because originally my error
message came through Norton. We have uninstalled this to confirm it was not
the problem. Now my error message is the same as Kerri is receiving. I'm
thinking that the problem might be with some windows/microsoftt updates that
I downloaded last week. This is very discouraging and any help that you can
give will be greatly appreaciated. Even if the only help is to tell me who
to contact in microsoft as I can find no mention of Windows mail in there
contact solutions.

Right now my email is sending and forwarding. Will some of the others who
are having problems check theirs and see if it is working also. I'm still
looking to solve this problem if it should reoccur so I'm still looking for
answers. Thanks

Please copy the error message and post it here. To the untrained eye
it may seem just like someone else's, but there can be subtle differences.

If there was a wide-spread problem, it would likely be ISP-related,
but we don't know who your ISP is.

I can't copy it because I closed it out. Right now my email is working
again. I just wondered if any one elses is because this same error keeps
showing up on the board today. I do know that it is error number:0x800CCCOF.

We're not seeing an unusual number of problems today.
If the error shows up again, right-click on it, copy, then paste it into a
post here.

Error 0x800CCCOF usually relates to interference caused by a non-
compatible antivirus program.
