I'm having trouble getting on to MSN amd also my on line banking. I tried
system restore and there isn't any dates other then the last few days and
that won't help. One popup keeps saying that there are unrecognizable files
and I should run service back to fix it. I tried the cd that was sent with
the computer but couldn't get that to work . So someone help. I usually
fixed this with System restore but this time I can't go back far enough
