HELP!!

Ok so my laptop is about 2 or 3 weeks old. I got a popup saying it had 10%
left so plugged it in and when it got to 58% i noticed it said plugged in but
not charging. So i unplugged it and it still said plugged in and not charging
so what do i do because this is my first laptop and i'm freaking out

Contact the dealer, or tech support.

Since it is new contact the manufacturer's support people for help.

When you post a question please tell us what brand and model computer you
are talking about and the operating system you are running. There is little
for us to work with if you don't.

If it's only that old, call your manufacturer and invoke your warranty
rights.
