HELP

I need help. I have some sort of virus on my home pc. I have McAfee but my
problem is with my MS Word. My IT specialist at work told me to go to
Windows online and download MS Defender but I can't find it. PLEASE HELP I
can't work at home without it. THANKS

Word is not an anti-virus program (like McAfee) nor an anti-spyware program
(like Defender) so I don't understand how Word plays into all of this.
