Help!!!!!

I can seem to figure out how to send emails..... each time, I get pop up
windows that ask:

1. what is the name that you would like to show...
2. what email address you would like ....

Then I get the message that http is not supported...

Help!!! Please...

Have you asked your ISP about these issues. They are the ones that have the correct answers for you to set up your email account. Let them walk you through the steps that are necessary to set it up
 
Which mail provider? If Hotmail, you will need to upgrade to
Windows Live Mail.
