HELP!!!

I can not delete the history in my home page settings.

I can delete all of the history though. But it still does
not delete visited web sites when I go to set my home
page. There are still web sites that pull up there.

I have went to delete cookies, delete files, and clear
history. None of these clear some of the web sites, at
TOOLS, SET HOME PAGE.

CAN ANYONE HELP
