I don't know how to set up vista mail? I was never able to set up outlook
express either. Can you help me in laymans terms

I cannot access http://hoylegames.sierra.com/games/spades.jsp which is (
almost ) my reason for having a PC without enabling and unticking securty
settings.Please please can anyone help .I am disabled and it helps pass the
time playing spades or other games.

Since many of the mail account settings are ISP-specific, you
need to ask your ISP, or go to their online help page.

Step 1. Search your ISPs web site for POP3 or SMTP set up..

Follow the instructions for Outlook Express which
are good enough for Windows Mail.
