Sounds like trouble with yahoo messenger.
I would try uninstalling it, reboot, download the latest version, install
it.

Beyond that - you'll need to get help from the Yahoo FAQs.

Unsure if we need to know what you are trying to use Yahoo Messenger for -
although - are you saying you need Yahoo Messenger so you don't have to have
a shortcut/bookmark/favorite pointing to your webmail address?
rather then have to copy paste etc etc... if youve done it this
way you know what i mean.. so anyone go any answers fer lil ol me ?

Neither do we. My suggestion is to rethink how you are presenting your
problem. Present it more logically and perhaps do a little research on your
own. As of now all I see is that your Yahoo Messenger is not working. That
is unlikely to be a Windows XP issue and more likely to be a Yahoo Messenger
issue.

You hope in van.

Posting it once was an understandable lapse -- maybe.

Posting it twice is quite wrong. Posting *any* article twice is bad
enough, let alone one that's off topic.
