windows box keeps coming on and shutting down my system,
message says lost remote proceedures call/nt authority
ands gives me 60 seconds to shut down all files then it
auto restarts my system. can anyone tell me what this is?

You have a virus = Mblaster Follow the steps below.

1. Go to control Panel> Network connections > *Your
connection* rt click >properties, Advanced Tab, check to
enable> The Firewall.

2. Do a Ctrl + Alt + DeL , on task manager highlight
MBlaster.exe and end the Process.

3. Go here and download the fix.

When you are getting the popup window

GOTO :

START > RUN
Type in SHUTDOWN -A

This will abort the shutdown process so you can remove the
virus off your computer
