after 10-15 minutes of loading my computer there's always
a message saying that i have 1 minute to save my
documents because it is going to re-start. how do i get

Do a virus scan with an up-to-date virus scanner.

This sounds like the Blaster Worm issue. There was a virus
not too long ago that was going around related to RPC
vulnerabilities and one of the symtopms if you were
attacked was that the system would reboot on its own. I
would suggest that you look at
http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp.
