I have windows XP and am using IE6. I cannot close any web pages using
either the 'X' or FILE 'close'. Any help or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Scan with current antivirus using updated definitions (you have one,
right?) and then remove spyware with Spybot S&D and/or Ad-aware. Delete
temporary and temporary internet files. Once the computer is clean,
does the problem persist? If so, please post back for more help.
