Where did you download the theme? Or more importantly, was it a "skin" for
Windows, such that applies similar to the blue or silver skin that XP is
famous for?
If so, it needs a 3rd party program to build that into the system. Windows
XP provides developers with the tools needed to create these themes and
modify how Windows looks, but there is no built-in user interface to
configure such themes.
On the other hand, if the theme is merely a package of
wallpaper/screensaver/icons/curors, similar to Windows 98/ME's themes, you
should be able to simple double-click on the .THEME file (that's right it's a
filename.THEME extension--five letter extension) to apply it. If your
current view doesn't show extensions, it's the icon that loos like paper with
a brush painting green stripes down it.

Hi Marian,
Do you know where you extract the File to, which folder and give the
correct Path when your are in the theme Browse and you will find it.
If you can't remember try to extract it again and look where the Default
option fir the Path on windows say for ex[ C:\Windows\My Docments ] and write
it down and try to Navigate to it in the Theme window.
