Ok I hope I can explain this to ask the question....
In the morning I can't pull pull any pages clicking but not loading (not
sure of the terms to use) and have to restart. When I look at the start menu,
My Computer shows icons of my drives but no word titles. This problem just
started this week.

Thanks

When I look at the start menu, My Computer shows icons of my drives but
I don't understand. Can I have a screenshot, please?

I'm not sure how to send a screen shot... I wish I knew the right words to
use..
On the desk top, Start (lower left) , I clicked on that up to the right on
that menu under "My Computer", the sub menu did not show my drives. At the
same time I could't open explorer, docs., etc. I had to restart.
thanks again

You take a screenshot of your screen with PrintScreen (next to the 'Back'
button). However, you need a image viewer or converter to save the
clipboard view as a .jpg or .bmp file. I can recommend IrfanView.

Having done that, you simply send the image file as an e-mail attachment.
