Do you have two firewalls running? What changed between the time things
worked and the time they didn't? How do you connect to the Internet?
You haven't provided enough information to get focused troubleshooting.

Is Norton Internet Security actually what you are closing? If this is the
case then there is a setting that needs to be changed.
