I am very new at this, so excuse my ignorance. I am using FrontPage 2000 and
using a theme. I've figured out how to set the banner and buttons, but can't
get my text to come out right. I can't figure out how to us the Headings 1 &
2 styles, it only gives me the regular text sample. This program is not very
user friendly and the "help" doesn't help at all.

What happens when you select the text and then apply H1?

I'm not sure I know how to do that. I can select it, but don't see any option
to do that. Thanks...

Highlight the text.
Then look up on your toobar to the left of the font selection you'll see a
drop down box, that usually is displaying Normal...drop that down and select
whatever you want.
