i have lost my user account it displays then when i click
on my icon it says corrupt then sets me up as if i am a
new account to the system how do i get my user account
back?

You can create a new user account. Loggin as that account
and then delete the corrupted account. Then rename your
new account to the name of the old corrupted one.

Data is not lost.
