during certain time of day all modems are in use and new
user can't dail in.What can i do to resolve this problem
 
Hi,

Are all of the users active? Maybe you could consider time limits for dial
in connections. Another possiblity would be to install a VPN server and
allow Internet users to make a VPN connection instead of a dial up
connection.
