Hi there,

I doubt that this is the relevant newsgroup for your question. I'd post to
the relevant newsgroup (assuming that it's Internet Explorer??) and also
post additional information such as the version that you're currently
running, the version that you're trying to upgrade to, the process by which
you're attempting to upgrade, O/S, account privileges that the account that
you're logging in with has, any particular error messages etc.
