When I go to open a file in one of my folders, it says, Problem With
Shortcut, then a desciption comes up, "The item <name of file> that this
refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work
properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" How do i fix this?

Solution:
Reinstall the program.
