I am having trouble getting a form to send to an e-mail
address. It was working fine before. I say front page
server extensions are not set up to send to e-mail does
anyone have any clue?

Sounds like corrupt extensions to me.
Have your host reinstall them.

If this is on your local machine, disregard and keep the email info, then as long as you are
publishing the site to a server that has the FP extensions via http://www.yourdomainname.com and the
host has configured the extensions to process email, then the form should work.
