my comp restarts by it self when im using it is there anything that i can do??? to fix it??...i get a stop: 0x00000050 0xcddb2dfa 0x00000000 ......does anybody know whats wrong with my comp?
Try to operate it from safe mode and see if it crashes. If it still does I
would think it most likely would be a bad memory module. If it runs ok for
a extended period of time I would suspect a display driver. Jym

Installed any new hardware or updated any drivers lately? Try removing or uninstalling newly installed drivers or hardware. Also make sure you are using the correct drivers for your hardware.
I would certainly do a search for the Sasser worm. As I mentioned in
another message, I started getting the blue screens with memory messages and
I knew I hadn't added any new hardware or software that could have been
causing it. I later found out that I was infected with the Sasser worm and
I can't tell you what an awful time I've had --- I still can't access any
data on the machine --- still haven't 'recovered' from it. I sure wish I
had thought about Sasser at the first blue screen last month - it would have
saved me a lot of wasted time checking out other solutions -- and I would
have my lost data too. Certainly worth a check!
