I am getting multiple error messages ie
List index out of bounds (2)
What causes this? How can it be corrected?
Any help will be appreciated.

This is usually related to faulty or mismatched memory modules.

That is usually a program application specific error and not an operating
system error.

So, don't keep us guessing, exactly what do you have to do that consistently
causes the error?
