Help! Yencoder/decoder needed!

Please, can someone help me? I used to have a shell ext. (?) Decoder for
yencoded files, but lost it to an f-disc, and can't remember where it cane from
or what it was called. Can someone post or link to a good FREE yencoder/decoder?
