DVD Decoder

Anyone know where I can get a DVD Decoder to work for my computer? I have a
Radeon VisionTek X1300 video card and all the updated drivers to get it to
work properly with Vista. Everything works good with it, but when I go to
watch a DVD on the computer I can't get it to work. If I try with Windows
Media Player I get a message telling me this: "Windows Media Player cannot
play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection
between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated
driver for your video card.". I have all the updated drivers available for
this video card, but I can't seem to get it to work yet. I have noticed
that the only way I can play DVD's is with Windows Media Player, or the
Media Center, but neither of them will play Hollywood DVD's as I have no
Digital Copy Protection for the computer. Is it that I have no decoder or
is there something else? If it is that I have no decoder where can I get
one? If it is something else, what can I do to fix this problem? I would
really like to be able to use my computer to watch DVD's!

What version of Vista do you have, and do you have any 3rd-Party "image"
utilities installed?

I have Vista Home Premium, and I haven't installed any third party "image"
utilities, but they may have one installed from the Manufacturer but I'm not
totally sure. I haven't used it yet though! If there is one. I know I saw
something along that lines, but I haven't started it up at all!

I'm not at that computer right now. I'm using my XP laptop so I can't
remember the name of the program, but I think it is a Microsoft version
