HELP: XP/SP2 Laptop "You Computer May Be a At Risk" pop won't go away

Every couple if minutes I get the little popup that is titled "Your
Computer may Be At RIsk" with the additional comment that autoupdates
are turned off. (Which is what I want).

When I click on it I get the XP2 Security Center panel.

I'm using something less than the latest ZOne ALarm, and Trend AV.

I did the XP2 upgrade about a month ago and the machine was working
fine until a couple days ago. I can't think of anything I've done to
change my system setup recently.

Any suggestions ?

Turn on your auto-updates. After the latest update is downloaded and
installed, the pop-ups will stop.
