Help, XP Outlook Express question.

Hi all I've got another question, I had a whole bunch of
e-mail messages I wanted to keep and I had on my previous
version of Windows, now since I upgraded to XP it gives
me a whole new Outlook (I'm using the exact same account
as i did in my previous version) So i don't have any of
the messages I wanted, Is there a way to get them back?
