Help! .wmv files

Just recently, and without reason, I find I can not open .wmv files sent to
me as attachments in my Outlook Express mail messages. I could always open
them before but now when I click on the attachment, I get a very brief
hourglass, then it goes away and nothing happens. Any ideas??
