Help with Windows error 0x0000007b

I've been receiving an error on a blue screen of
0x0000007b (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). This started happening somewhat randomly.
I hadn't installed any new software or hardware and
started upon reboot of my machine. I am running a DFI
LanParty II Ultra board with an Athlon XP 2100 with 2
sticks of 256 Mb simpletech DDR PC3200 memory, 2 WD 120Gb
hard drives with 8mb cache in a raid 0 array on the
included highpoint raid control system. As for other
hardware I have a Sony DVD, a Sony DVD dual RW drive, and
a BTC CDRW drive. I have a Geforce 3Ti video card and a
Audigy Platinum sound card. I have a floppy drive and a
Zip 250 drive as well. I have tried running the repair
utility from Windows XP but do not get back to the
desktop. I have been able to load Windows on another
hard drive I have, but it only lasts a few days at best
and then blue screens as well and locks me out. I'm
getting a little desperate here, I believe it is the
motherboard but can't tell for sure. Any ideas?
