help with troubleshooting new ABIT AMD athlon 64 system board using socket 754

Looks like i got all the connections straight but my display says no signal
and the BOIS set up wont come on..any suggestions?
 
unplug anything usb that you have connected and see if it boots
Also try and boot up in safe mode f8, if it boots ok go into displa
properties and change the refresh rate to 60 hertz

A lot more info would help! No signal means, not booting to POST. Strip
down to motherboard, CPU, video card, memory & PSU. Do Fans run? Try known
good PSU.
