Help with trim points

First time using MM2 today. What I cannot figure out is how to do more then one start and end trim points at a time to a single clip. What I am having to do is start from the beginning of a clip after I have trimmed it. For instance what I would like to do is take a 2 minute clip and take 4 different spots of about 10 seconds each. Is there an easier way to do this.
 
Split into multiple clips between the segments you what, then set trim points on each clip.
