help with template

I am trying to create a template where the company name appears a couple of
times. I can create a template but i cannot get the name to be copied over to
the other boxes

Boxes? Text boxes are in the graphics layer of the document. To use 'boxes'
with repeating data you should be using a frame or a table cell for the
'box'.
