Help with stat in Outlook

I am trying to use a html document as a stationary in Outlook. I have
Outlook 2002. When I installed it it must have corrupted and now it won't
let me use any stationary at all. Can someone tell me how I can either use
this html document as an email and have it look right, or how I can fix the
stationary problem.
