Help with sorting in Excel

I use Excel to manipulate data but I am very unfamiliar with it.
I have pulled from my computer system a list of products that already
show to be replaced. Layout: Part #, Flag, Flag, New Part #. Then I
have a list of products from a vendor's price update that have been
replaced. I want to combine the 2 lists in such a way that I only see
the items that are not already in my computer system because I have to
manually enter the new #'s and I don't want to waste time pulling up a
part # to find that the replacement number is already there. Can any
of you help me?
